Lorraine Hartsook ~ from loss ~ to HOPE

Have you seen Heidi’s post on Lorraine Hartsook, her story about embracing the cross is beautiful. Lorraine is a woman who has lost 12 babies through miscarriage. As time brought healing to her soul she and her husband decided to adopt. God brought her to a place of new light to find hope in her sorrow.

Adoption Networking

Video

There are many couples that are trying to discern adoption these days, so I wanted to give you a site of support. Laura Christianson is a Christian author and adoptive mother that started the Adoption Network. This is something we need to seek more of in our Catholic faith, spiritual support in the adoption world as we are all adopted into the family of Christ by His death on the cross. I pray these sites will be helpful to you in your discernment about adoption, sometimes it just takes a leap of faith. Blessing to all…

Here is a pray that is very close to the heart of Hannah’s Tears this is a novena of life asking the intercession of Saints Anne and Joachim, the parents of Mary for our continual faith and perseverance for God’s holy will in our lives.

I would like everyone to know if you are interested in joining this ministry, we are interested in hearing from you, regardless of where you are from. You do not have to be from Columbus, Ohio to be a part of this ministry…this ministry is about the body of Christ within the Church and intercessory prayer. Let us build the body of prayer together!

God bless you and happy Birthday MARY!

Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta ~ September 5

Mother Teresa of Calcutta

Beatification – October 19, 2003

Memorial September 5th
“Like Jesus we belong to the world living
not for ourselves but for others.
The joy of the Lord is our strength.”

DEAR JESUS, help me to spread Thy fragrance everywhere I go. Flood my soul with Thy spirit and love. Penetrate and possess my whole being so utterly that all my life may only be a radiance of Thine. Shine through me and be so in me that every soul I come in contact with may feel Thy presence in my soul. Let them look up and see no longer me but only Jesus. Stay with me and then I shall begin to shine as you shine, so to shine as to be a light to others.

Words to ponder…

“Anxiety is bad it springs from pride.”

“Never open the door of our soul to sadness.”

“Meditate upon the love that God has for YOU.”

“Eat well and sleep well, obediently”

Mother Maria Luisa Josefa of the Most Blessed Sacrament, OCD.

Let us care for our souls as well as our bodies, for we are made in the image and likeness of God. Remember you are a precious gift in the eyes of God the Father, He has a great and holy plan for your life. Listen to HIM!
