Feast of St. Louis de Montfort and St. Gianna Beretta Molla

Dear Lord, may our hearts find you today in our deepest sufferings may we unite them to you through the intercession of your beloved Saints Louis de Montfort and Gianna.  Amen.

On the feast of St. Louis de Monfort we should lift our hearts to Mary our Mother given to us from Our Lord during His passion and death.

If you have never heard of consecrating your heart to Mary, here is a beautiful site for you:

  1. Thank you for reminding us all about St. Louis de Montfort on this feast day!! I went through his consecration for the 1st time in 2005, and it has showered me in blessings ever since. My husband joined me in the 2nd consecration renewal, and we chose our wedding date around the consecration date (the Assumption). It is truly a beautiful, beautiful practice. More people should be made aware of it!

  2. God bless you for your comment! This is the beauty of our wonderful faith. Maybe you might want to share more about how the consecration helps you through your cross in life. Let me know if you’d like to share. Peace, hope and many prayers for you both.Hannah’s Tears

  3. Thank you for your beautiful ministry! I was reading the introductory biography of St. Louis de Montfort, for True Devotion of Mary. I was startled to see that his feastday and St. Gianna's feastday are one and the same. What a consolation! I did a search to confirm it, and it brought me here to your beautiful blog. We lost a child to miscarriage, and we named him Little Lew, in part, after St. Louis de Montfort. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to conceive again, but with God's grace, we conceived a beautiful girl whose name is Gianna! I never realized the connection until now. God bless you.
